模擬弧長(zhǎng)反饋新技術(shù)探索

摘要：本文在弧長(zhǎng)反饋原理的基礎(chǔ)上，創(chuàng)新的采用了模擬弧長(zhǎng)反饋新技術(shù)，成功解決了穩(wěn)定焊接電流和提高焊縫成形質(zhì)量的難題，同時(shí)也解決了逆變保護(hù)焊機(jī)和傳統(tǒng)保護(hù)焊機(jī)送絲機(jī)兼容難題，并經(jīng)實(shí)際使用驗(yàn)證，效果良好。 敘詞：模擬弧長(zhǎng)反饋 焊縫成形 接口兼容 Abstract：From the basis of the principle of arc-length feedback, the paper innovatively adopt simulant arc-length feedback technology, successfully solve the tough problem of stabilizing welding current and improving shape quality of welding, synchronously solve the feeder compatible problem of inverter and traditional protection welding machine.
