CHV190開(kāi)環(huán)矢量控制在固定式門(mén)座起重機(jī)上的應(yīng)用

摘要：目前起重機(jī)的起升電機(jī)都采用閉環(huán)矢量控制，具有定位精度高，機(jī)械特性硬，動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)快，起動(dòng)力矩大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但這必須安裝軸編碼器采集電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)，在很多老式門(mén)座機(jī)改造的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，加裝軸編碼器困難很大，無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)閉環(huán)矢量控制。然而英威騰CHV190系列起重提升專(zhuān)用變頻器采用開(kāi)環(huán)矢量控制，也能實(shí)現(xiàn)門(mén)座機(jī)平穩(wěn)起制動(dòng)，確保良好控制不溜鉤。本文就是一個(gè)CHV190在固定式門(mén)座機(jī)開(kāi)環(huán)矢量控制改造的實(shí)例。 敘詞：CHV190 開(kāi)關(guān)矢量控制 門(mén)座機(jī) 軸編碼器 Abstract：Recently crane electric system adopt close-loop vector control mostly in lifting motorthat bring good mechanical properties, fast dynamic response and high start torque. All of these depend on shaft encoder collecting speed signal from motor, and there are so many problems for the shaft encoders installation in most of the alteration projects with old portal crane electric system. However, INVT CHV190 series frequency converter could also realize smooth and steady control for portal crane motor by open-loop vector control, make sure no downwards sliding before starting, this article describes a successful using of open-loop vector control in fixed portal crane alteration projects by CHV190.
