國內外光伏發電投資環境的分析與比較

摘要：在日本福島核電站事故、德瑞意永久棄核，全球氣候不斷惡化的背景下，發展可再生能源受到各國前所未有的重視。我國政府在國家能源安全中長期發展規劃中，對發展可再生能源做了長遠規劃，特別是光伏發電應用領域。所以梳理未來（5-10）年國內外光伏發電領域投資的市場前景和支持該領域的政策、法規，能幫助投資者從宏觀上決策是否機投資該領域，總結國內外在光伏發電應用領域的成功經驗，能有效指導政府制定更加符合本國的能源發展政策，具有非常重要的現實意義。 敘詞：光伏發電 投資環境 政府決策 發展規劃 Abstract：Under the background of Fukushima nuclear power station accident in Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Italy permanently abandon nuclear and the global climate worseningthe development of renewable energy has all countries unprecedented attention. Chinese government made strategic deployment in the national energy safety long-term development to develop renewable energy sources , especially (pv) power applications. So combing the next 5 to 10 years (pv) policies, laws and regulations which support the field, can help investors from macroscopic decision whether to invest in this field. Summarizing the domestic and foreign in (pv) power of the application of successful experience, can effective guide the government to make more in line with the national energy policy development.
