摘要：本文對IGBT開關(guān)性能的提高進(jìn)行了分析研究，分析了關(guān)斷控制、直流母線和模塊等因素的影響，可以通過選擇合適的開關(guān)速度、吸收電容和合理的模塊設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)開關(guān)性能。

Abstract： This article analyses the function of IGBT for the improvement of switch performance, and also discusses other influential factors such as shutoff control, DC bus bar and modules, etc.. The author suggests that switch performance can be improved by choosing proper switch speed and absorption capacitor, and designing reasonable modules.
