英威騰Goodrive35變頻器在數(shù)控槍鉆上的應(yīng)用

摘要：數(shù)控槍鉆是一種高效、高精度、高專(zhuān)業(yè)化的深孔加工機(jī)床，廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車(chē)、摩托車(chē)、模具、軍工、航空航天等行業(yè)零件的深孔加工。本文以某機(jī)床0EM配套商生產(chǎn)的數(shù)控槍鉆主軸電機(jī)采用英威騰Goodrive35變頻器控制為例，詳細(xì)闡述數(shù)控槍鉆的工藝特性，以及Goodrive35變頻器應(yīng)用在數(shù)控槍鉆主軸電機(jī)上的優(yōu)越性。 敘詞：Goodrive35 數(shù)控槍鉆 變頻器 閉環(huán)矢量 深孔加工 Abstract：CNC gun drill is a kind of efficient, precise, professional deep procession machine,which is widely used in deep processing for components in fields such as cars, motorcycles, molds, war industry, and aviation industry. The article takes an OEM machine tool manufacturer as an example, which applies INVT Goodrive 35 transducer control in their CNC gun drill backbone electromotor. It illustrates the technical features of CNC gun drill, and the advantages of applying Goodrive 35 in CNC gun drill backbone electromotor.
