直流電壓前饋控制數(shù)字逆變電源設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘要:針對雙環(huán)控制逆變電源在直流側(cè)電壓擾動(dòng)時(shí)輸出電壓波形畸變、幅值變化的問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種直流電壓前饋控制逆變器,分析了利用輸入電壓解耦方法消除擾動(dòng)的前饋控制原理。采用HPWM(Hybrid Pulse Width Modulation)調(diào)制方式,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于DSP的全數(shù)字式低諧波逆變電源方案。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該逆變電源能輸出較理想的正弦波形電壓,逆變電源在輸入直流電壓擾動(dòng)下,有很好的正弦輸出波形和穩(wěn)定的幅值,4個(gè)開關(guān)管均能實(shí)現(xiàn)零電壓開通和關(guān)斷,系統(tǒng)具有良好的動(dòng)、靜態(tài)特性。

Abstract:A DC feedforward control inverter is designed following the analysis of problems of wave distortion and amplitude change of output voltage resulting from voltage turbulence on the DC side of double-loop control inversion power supply. Feedforward control principle is analysed to erase turbulence applying input voltage decoupling. Whole-digital low harmonic inversion power supply scheme based on DSP is realized by adopting the HPWM modulation. Simulation and experimental results show that the inversion power supply can put out ideal sine wave voltage, can realize excellent sine output wave and stable amplitude value under the DC turbulence, and four switches can all realize zero-voltage switch on-and-off, which demonstrate that the system enjoys excellent dynamic and static features.
