基于PSCAD/EMTDC的電力系統(tǒng)中性點接地方式研究

摘要:電力系統(tǒng)中性點的運行方式涉及系統(tǒng)的電壓等級、電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、絕緣水平、通信干擾、接地保護方式和保護整定等許多方面,是一個綜合性的復(fù)雜問題。目前,對電力系統(tǒng)的中性點接地方式的選擇,多基于以往運行經(jīng)驗。本文利用PSCAD/EMTDC軟件建立了電力系統(tǒng)的中性點運行方式的仿真模型,模擬了各種運行方式下,線路上發(fā)生單相接地故障時,電氣參數(shù)的變化情況,并綜合考慮系統(tǒng)可靠性、絕緣水平和繼電保護的要求,確定了各種運行方式的適用范圍。文中所建模型及結(jié)論對于分析高階、非線性的電力系統(tǒng)暫態(tài)過程具有借鑒意義。

Abstract:Neutral point grounding which is related to voltage level, network structure, insulation, communication and relay protection is very important problem to power system. Nowadays, the choice of neutral point grounding mode mainly relies on operation experiences or theoretical analysis which could not give a direct view of the dynamics of electric power system during disturbances. Therefore, this paper has established the simulation model of electric power system neutral point grounding with PSCAD/EMTDC to show the dynamics of neutral point grounding when disturbed by single-phase grounding in transmission lines, and the application of each neutral point grounding mode has been analyzed according to simulation results. The dynamic model of neutral point grounding in this paper is meaningful to the analysis of high-order, non-linear transients of power system as well.
