汽車行業(yè)焊裝車間諧波問題分析及治理

摘要:汽車制造過程其焊裝車間因其工藝需要,使用大量的電焊機(jī),其特點(diǎn)是負(fù)荷波動非常大、電流變化速度快,諧波含量大。電能質(zhì)量問題直接影生產(chǎn)車間整體的電能質(zhì)量。本文根據(jù)江淮汽車商務(wù)車分公司焊裝車間實(shí)際情況,分析汽車行業(yè)焊裝車間諧波問題及危害,以及采用有源電力濾波器(APF)的治理方式。

Abstract:Because of the technical requirement, the welding workshop of an automobile company needs to use electric welders widely, the feature of which is that the load fluctuation is huge, current changes rapidly and there are a lot of harmonics.The power quality in welding workshop directly affects the power quality of the whole production workshop. Based on the real situtaions of the welding workshop of BPV branch of JAC, the paper analyses the harmonic problem and its consequences and provides ways for solving the APF.
