提高開(kāi)關(guān)電源可靠性電路的研究

摘要:本文介紹了一種蓄電池充電開(kāi)關(guān)電源,重點(diǎn)研究了其中軟啟動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì),硬件消除開(kāi)關(guān)機(jī)電路抖動(dòng)干擾設(shè)計(jì),輸入、輸出過(guò)流保護(hù)等提高開(kāi)關(guān)電源可靠性的電路方案。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)了幾種保護(hù)電路,不僅很好地提高了蓄電池充電電源的可靠性,還在一定范圍內(nèi)提高充電電源的效率。文章最后通過(guò)兩款可快速對(duì)24V/300Ah 蓄電池充電的開(kāi)關(guān)電源樣機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。

Abstract:This paper introduces a switching power supply for storage battery, focusing on the design of the soft-start, hardware circuit toeliminate the ON OFF jitter interference, input, output overcurrent protection. Its not only a good way to improve the reliability of thebattery charging power supply, but also a good way to improve the charging efficiency of the power within a certain range. Finally, it wasverified through prototype experiments of two switching power supplies for 24V/300Ah battery charging.
