鋰離子動力電池維護(hù)方式的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

摘要:鋰離子電池在生產(chǎn)及使用過程中經(jīng)常面臨存儲問題,由于電池存在自放電導(dǎo)致存儲過程中電池容量會有損失,因此,存儲過程中需要采取恰當(dāng)?shù)木S護(hù)方式,來保證電池的容量和性能。本文以方形鋰離子動力電池為研究對象,研究了存儲過程中維護(hù)頻率對電池存儲性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),盡管電池存儲過程中需要定期維護(hù),但是維護(hù)的時(shí)間間隔不當(dāng),對電池的性能保持也會有負(fù)面影響。

Abstract: Lithium-ion batteries always faced with the storage problem when in production and in use process, because the battery has self-discharge , in the process of storage the battery capacity will have a loss, so we need to take appropriate way of maintenance to ensure that the capacity and performance of the battery. This paper use Square lithium ion power battery as the research object, researched the the maintenance frequency effect on the battery performance. The experimental results show that although in the storage process, battery needs regular maintenance, but improper maintenance interval will also have a negative impact on battery performance.
