壓敏電阻器電極制備方法

摘要：壓敏電阻器常用的電極材料有導(dǎo)電漿料、無(wú)機(jī)鹽和金屬材料。基于各種電極材料的特性，出現(xiàn)了許多制備壓敏電阻器電極的方法。本文綜述了漿料法、化學(xué)鍍，熱噴涂和冷噴涂的制備工藝。 敘詞：壓敏電阻器/電極/制備方法 Abstract：The common electrode materials of varistor are conductive paste, inorganic salts and metal material. Many methods of preparing the varistor electrode appeared based on the performances of every electrode material.
