無源無損緩沖電路及其應(yīng)用

摘要：　　本文在對四種常用的軟開關(guān)技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行比較的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)了無源無損緩沖電路的一般實(shí)現(xiàn)方法；介紹了無源無損緩沖電路在DC-DC變換器、三電平逆變器、三電平整流器、以及三電平PFC中的最新應(yīng)用，并簡要分析了它們的工作原理和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。 敘詞：無源無損緩沖電路，DC-DC變換器，逆變器，整流器，三電平，PFC Abstract：　　This paper concludes a general realization ways of passive lossless snubber circuits based on the comparison of four kinds of common soft-switching techniques, presents their applications in DC-DC converters, three-level inverters, three-level rectifiers and three-level PFC up to date, and analyzes simply their operation principals and their advantages and disadvantages .
