符合待機(jī)能耗法規(guī)的PWM控制器SG6840/SG6841應(yīng)用

摘要： 本文介紹一種符合待機(jī)能耗法規(guī)的新型PWM控制器SG6840/SG6841，該控制芯片具有綠色工作模式，工作頻率隨負(fù)載的變化而變化。芯片內(nèi)部具有同步斜坡補(bǔ)償，還具有欠壓保護(hù)過熱保護(hù)和功率限制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)超功率保護(hù)。

Abstract： SG6840 is an unique green-mode controller to support “Blue Angel” Norm. The frequency variation versus load and combined with built-in synchronized slope compensation. SG6840 have ultra-low start up current , under voltage lockout , over-temperature protection and constant output limit.
