雙正激變換器中高頻變壓器激磁電感的作用研究

摘要：　　分析了雙正激DC/DC變換電路中的高頻變壓器的激磁電感對(duì)電路正常運(yùn)行的影響，導(dǎo)出了高頻變壓器能正常復(fù)位時(shí)的高頻變壓器的激磁電感、電路工作占空比、開(kāi)關(guān)頻率和開(kāi)關(guān)寄生電容之間的關(guān)系，并在3.5kW雙正激變換器中得到驗(yàn)證。 敘詞：雙正激DC/DC變換器 激磁電感 Abstract：　　The effect of the magnetizing inductance of the high frequency transformer in two-transistor forward converter is investigated in the paper. Relationship of the magnetizing inductance, duty cycle, switching frequency and parasitic capacitance between drain and source of main switches is found to satisfy magnetic resetting requirement of the transformer.
