大功率弧焊逆變電源的IGBT保護(hù)技術(shù)

摘要：本文通過(guò)分析IGBT的結(jié)構(gòu)及其安全工作區(qū)，解釋了在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中可能造成其損壞的原因，并利用硬件電路結(jié)合單片機(jī)的控制程序?qū)『改孀冸娫吹腎GBT采取相應(yīng)措施進(jìn)行保護(hù)，從而確保了IGBT安全可靠的工作。

Abstract：The reasons of IGBT damaged in application are explained by analyzing structure and safety work areas of IGBT. The fitting measures to protection to the IGBT of the arc-welding inverter power are also carried by using the hardware electric circuit and the controlling procedures of singlechip.
