TOPSwitch_GX系列芯片的單端反激式開關(guān)電源設(shè)計(jì)

摘要：采用PWM控制器和MOSFET功率開關(guān)一體化的集成控制芯片是新一代開關(guān)電源設(shè)計(jì)的重要特點(diǎn)和趨勢。 本文介紹了一種采用TOP245Y集成芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)的開關(guān)電源。根據(jù)TOP245Y的特性給出了單端反激式開關(guān)電源的工程設(shè)計(jì)方法，對外圍電路的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了分析和討論，并給出設(shè)計(jì)中注意事項(xiàng)。 敘詞：開關(guān)電源；單端反激；TOPSwitch_GX；PWM Abstract： the integration controlling chip, which integrated PWM controller and MOSFET power,is the important features and trends of the new generation Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS). This paper introduced a kind of method to implement the SMPS using TOP245Y. According to the TOP245Y characteristics, the paper provides a engineering method to design of single-flyback switch mode power supply circuit.
