MiniSKiiP® IPM – 面向中等功率應(yīng)用的先進(jìn)模塊架構(gòu)

摘要：電力電子技術(shù)可以幫助提高能源效率和節(jié)約大量能源，尤其是在中等功率應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)中。得益于其高集成度和簡(jiǎn)單的組裝，本文所介紹的600V智能IGBT功率模塊能夠促進(jìn)電力電子的應(yīng)用。該模塊的特點(diǎn)在于其基于雙極性電平轉(zhuǎn)換器的先進(jìn)概念。因此，所集成SOI驅(qū)動(dòng)器不受參考電壓變化的影響，輸出功率高達(dá)15kW，從而提高了在應(yīng)用中的可靠性。 敘詞：智能IGBT功率模塊 SOI驅(qū)動(dòng)器 無(wú)基板封裝 彈簧觸點(diǎn) Abstract：The technology of Power electronics can help improve power efficiency and energy-saving, which is especially true in the market for moderate power application. The article introduces the 600V intelligent IGBT power module which can promote the application of power electronics, thanks to its high integration and simple assembly. The module characterizes the advanced conception of bipolar level changer. Therefore, the SOI-integrated drive can be free from the effects of reference voltage, and can have an output voltage of 15KW, which, highly improves the reliability in actual use.
