公司于2004年在深圳工業園區成立正天宇科技有限公司，是集高新產品研發、制造、生產于一體的高新技術企業。公司充分發揮科研開發、技術創新，不斷推進科研成果的產業化。
　公司擁有一支高素質、充滿活力、富有創造力的員工隊伍。公司研發力量雄厚，產品研發中心以沈晗先生（原國家航天工業部電源專家）為主導的，一批富有多年數碼產品電源設計經驗的資深工程師組成。其中博士生1人、研究生2人、本科生17人，專科生19人。
　公司發展的方向是綠色、環保的應用產品，“太陽能數字移動電源”，由熊貓電子集團OEM聯合配套生產，以高科技、高起點為龍頭，率先在國內推出了一系列移動數字智能型電源產品，太陽能型、環保型、智能型、迷你型等；公司擁有獨立的知識產權產品1項，正在申請的有兩項，注冊商標2個。它的主要應用特點：支持各類移動終端類產品實現天然無障礙全程式充電、供電，可實現對各類掌上移動終端數碼類電器——3G手機、小靈通、CD、DVD、PDA、PMP、數碼相機、攝像機、筆記本電腦、收音機、剃須刀等……并支持手機視頻影院、游戲、娛樂等。
