電涌保護(hù)器（SPD）中ZnO壓敏電阻器的組合性能

摘要：本文綜述了電涌保護(hù)器（SPD）中ZnO壓敏電阻器的并聯(lián)性能和并聯(lián)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果，借用文獻(xiàn)[1]的研究成果，利用壓敏電壓　 這一參數(shù)進(jìn)行選片，綜合提出了有效的選片方法。在低壓電氣系統(tǒng)中安裝兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上SPD，綜述介紹了SPD之間的能量配合。 敘詞：電涌保護(hù)器 ZnO壓敏電阻 并聯(lián) 能量配合 組合性能 Abstract：Abstract: This paper introduces the performance and experiment result of parallel connection of ZnO varistors among surge protection devices. Accordingly, effective methods of SMT selection are presented with the help of literature review. Whats more, two or more SPD will be installed in low-voltage electrical system.
